Pre-orders / Made-to-Order Collections

● For pre-orders or our exclusive handloom collections, dispatch may take 10–15 business days.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under certain conditions. Our products undergo strict quality checks and secure packaging, but in rare cases, returns may be accepted for:

● Unavailability of Product (item out of stock after order is placed)

🔁 Important: In the case of damaged products, we only offer exchange. Refunds will NOT be issued for damaged items under any condition.

● Change of mind after ordering.
