Thank you for shopping with us! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will be delivered.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–6 business days after we receive your order.
We ship on all business days, excluding government holidays.

Delivery Timelines 
Standard :
If the product is available in ready stock, delivery will take 6–12 business days, depending on your location and the delivery partner.

For pre-orders or made-to-order handloom collections, dispatch may take 10–15 business days. Kindly refer to the product description for specific timelines before placing your order.

Express delivery is available only for immediate dispatch catalogues . Products will be dispatched within 1-2 working days .

Shipping Updates & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.
You can also track your shipment directly on the delivery partner’s website.

Delivery & Availability

Please ensure that someone authorized by you is available at the shipping address to receive the package during delivery hours.
The delivery window is typically 10 AM –  8 PM IST. We request you to answer calls from the delivery executive during this time.

Missed Deliveries

The delivery partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts on consecutive days.
If the delivery is missed, the package will be held at the nearest courier hub for self-pickup or returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
In case of RTO, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

Shipment Delays

While we aim to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occur due to:

Festivals, public holidays, government lockdowns, or other unavoidable circumstances.
In such cases, we will assist you in coordinating with the delivery partner. We’ve got you covered!
