📦 Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

🚫 Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation, modification, or refund is not permitted under any circumstances. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

 


 

🔄 Return Policy

We accept returns only under certain conditions. Our products undergo strict quality checks and secure packaging, but in rare cases, returns may be accepted for:

✅ Eligible Return Scenarios:

  • Damaged Product Received (due to transit)

  • Incorrect Product Received

  • Unavailability of Product (item out of stock after order is placed)

🔁 Important: In the case of damaged products, we only offer exchange. Refunds will NOT be issued for damaged items under any condition.

 


 

❌ No Return in These Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You don’t like the product

  • You expected a different colour/shade and fabric.

  • Change of mind after ordering.

  • Color, size, or fit issues (if the correct item was sent)

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and angle. These are not considered valid reasons for return.

 


 

📹 Mandatory Return Conditions

To initiate a return for eligible reasons, the following strict requirements must be met:

  • A continuous, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the outermost package is opened.

  • The video must clearly show:

    • The shipping label

    • The entire unboxing process

    • The damage or error

  • The video must be:

    • Uncut, unpaused, and unedited

    • Shared with us on the same day of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the product and packaging

  • Send the video and images via email or WhatsApp, and mention your order number

🚫 Requests without a proper unboxing video will be rejected
🚫 Edited, paused, or incomplete videos will not be accepted

 


 

📬 Product Return Conditions

If your return request is approved:

  • The product must be returned unused, in original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • It must not show signs of use, tampering, or further damage.

  • Ship the return to the address provided by our team within the specified timeframe.

  • Our team will perform a quality check before accepting the return. If the item fails inspection, it will be sent back to you at your expense.

 


 

🔁 Exchange Policy for Damaged Products

  • Only exchanges will be offered for verified damaged products — no refunds.

  • Exchange is subject to:

    • Stock availability

    • Approval of the unboxing video

  • If the exact item is out of stock, we will offer:

    • An alternative item of equal value, or

    • A store credit for future use (valid for a limited time)

 


 

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only in these cases:

  • Product is unavailable or out of stock

  • You received a wrong product, and no replacement is possible

Refund Terms:

  • Refunds are processed only after return approval and inspection

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

  • Shipping fees, Razorpay gateway charges of 2% and  other service fees are non-refundable.

  • Our return, exchange, and refund decisions are made carefully and are considered final.

  • We value honesty and transparency — any misuse of our policy or false claims may result in restricted access to future purchases.
