Most orders are processed and delivered within 4 – 12 business days after payment. Made-to-Order or Pre-Order collections may take 10 – 15 business days for dispatch. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.

Yes! For select “immediate dispatch” catalogues, we offer Express Delivery, where items are shipped within 1 – 2 working days. Check the product description to confirm availability.

Because we begin processing orders right away, cancellations, modifications, or refunds aren’t possible once an order is placed. Please double-check your items, address, and payment details before confirming your purchase.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp update with:

• Your tracking number
• Courier partner details
  You can track the shipment directly on the courier’s website using that number.

If your pin code is currently not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address or method.

Our courier partners make 2 – 3 attempts on consecutive days.
If all attempts fail:

• The parcel may be held at the nearest hub for self-pickup
• It may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).
  Reshipping charges will apply if the package needs to be sent again.

Delays can occur during public holidays, festivals, lockdowns, natural calamities, or production backlogs. Don’t worry — if there’s any delay, our support team will assist and coordinate with the courier partner.

We accept returns/exchanges only under specific conditions such as:

• Damaged product received (in transit)
• Incorrect product received
• Product unavailable after order placement

Please note: For damaged products, only exchange is offered — no refunds.

We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Colour, size, or fit issues (if correct item was shipped)
• Slight colour variations due to lighting or screen display differences
• Any used, altered, or tampered items

We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a damaged or incorrect product.
To qualify, please share a continuous unboxing video (from opening the package to showing the issue) along with clear photos on the same day of delivery.

Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. Returns for change of mind, colour/fit issues, or slight variations aren’t accepted.

If approved:

• We’ll offer an exchange for damaged items (no refunds).
• If the product is unavailable or wrongly delivered, we’ll issue a refund within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
  (Note: Shipping and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.)
