● Products will be shipped within 1–2 working days under this catalogue.

Standard Delivery

● From the time of dispatch delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.

Pre-orders / Made-to-Order Collections

● For pre-orders or our exclusive handloom collections, dispatch may take 10–15 business days.

● Please check the product description for specific timelines before placing your order.

Return Policy

We accept returns only under certain conditions. Our products undergo strict quality checks and secure packaging, but in rare cases, returns may be accepted for:

● Damaged Product Received (due to transit)

● Incorrect Product Received

● Unavailability of Product (item out of stock after order is placed)

🔁 Important: In the case of damaged products, we only offer exchange. Refunds will NOT be issued for damaged items under any condition.

No Return in These Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

● You don’t like the product

● You expected a different colour/shade and fabric.

● Change of mind after ordering.

● Color, size, or fit issues (if the correct item was sent)

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and angle. These are not considered valid reasons for return.
