Your order will be delivered within 6-12  Business days,if the product is available in ready stock, depending on the location and delivery partner.

 

As soon as we receive your order , order will be prepared for dispatch in 1-5 business days . We ship on all business days except the government holidays.

 

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive details about the delivery partner and the tracking number via email. You can track your order on the respective delivery partner’s website.

 

Please make sure you have someone authorized by you to be available at the home/office address provided during the time of delivery to receive the order .

 

We request you to the attend the calls you receive from the delivery executive!  (10 am – 7 pm IST)

In case of unavailability, a maximum of 2 – 3 attempts in consecutive days will be made by the delivery partner, if left unanswered it will be held in the nearest hub where you can collect them by yourselves or the package will be returned to us (RTO – return to origin) under such circumstances, we need to reship the package and the shipping charges has to to borne by the client . Some Handloom collections are made to order / we take pre – orders as well , they will take upto 10-15 days for dispatch ! kindly go through the description before  placing the order .
