Please note that orders can’t be cancelled once they’ve been placed, so we encourage you to double-check everything before confirming your purchase.

We handle every parcel with care and always do our best to deliver your goodies within the estimated time frame.

 


 

🛠️ Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are prepared for dispatch and delivered within 4–12 business days after we receive your order. ( However this is not applicable for made-to-order/pre-order products )

  • We ship on all business days, excluding government holidays.


 

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

Express Delivery

  • Available only for immediate dispatch catalogues.

  • Products will be shipped within 1–2 working days under this catalogue.

Standard Delivery

  • From the time of dispatch delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the courier partner.

Pre-orders / Made-to-Order Collections

  • For pre-orders or our exclusive handloom collections, dispatch may take 10–15 business days.

  • Please check the product description for specific timelines before placing your order.

 


 

📦 Shipping Updates & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/whatsapp with:

    • Tracking number

    • Courier partner details

  • You can also track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.

 


 

📍 Delivery & Availability

  • Please ensure someone authorized by you is present at the shipping address during delivery hours.

  • The usual delivery window is between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST.

  • Kindly ensure your phone is reachable during this time in case the delivery executive needs to contact you.

Non-Serviceable Areas

If your pin code is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will reach out to you for an alternative address 

 


 

🔁 Missed Deliveries

  • The courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts on consecutive days.

  • If the delivery is missed:

    • The package may be held at the nearest courier hub for self-pickup, or

    • It may be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin).

  • In case of RTO, reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

 


 

⏳ Shipment Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, however there may be delays due to:

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • Government lockdowns or restrictions

  • Natural calamities or unavoidable circumstances

  • Any production delay

In such cases, our team will support you in coordinating with the courier partner.
