Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only under certain circumstances.
- The product being damaged.
- In the unlikely event of receiving the wrong product.
- When we can’t process one or two products in your order ( you can get refund for that particular product )
Under such circumstance images & package opening video must start right from the opening of the outer package and the video should not be cut/paused/edited at any cost, failing which we shall not address the issue. Without a proper unboxing video, we shall not proceed with your request and we ensure quality packaging but under rare circumstances, incase of transit damage we ensure to replace it with the new one . But the video has to be shared on the same day of receiving the package. Share the images via email or WhatsApp mentioning your order number. Our team will reach out to you on the status of the return request in 24-48 hours .
If your order is eligible for return, the product has to be returned in the original condition unused ,with tags to the address requested by us. Please note that our team will examine the returned products for all such defects/variations.If it doesn’t meet the above criteria then it will be sent back to the customer .
The refund amount will be credited to your respective account within 7 working days based on your mode of transfer . The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.
